U talk to the girl near the odd tree, then you go back to goldenrod city and you visit the house with the flowers, then you talk to the girl inside the house, then you talk to the odd tree! Do it a couple of times and it will work!!

1. You talk to the girl at the tree, 2. You go to goldenrod flower shop and talk to them, 3. Beat the gym leader Whitney, 4. Go back to the flower shop and talk to Fiona's sister(the one in blue) and you have it the rest of the game!
