The Dragon Fang can be gotten in Dragon's Den.
After beating Clair, she doesn't give you a badge until you get this item.
Pidgeotto evolves to Pidgeot at level 36.
Get Dragon Fang At The Dragon Den Master's House. Surf to the right when you land on the Island with the house. You will see a Pokeball inside got dragon fang. To evolve Pidgeotto into Pidgeot, train to level 36. It learns wing attack at level 33. You have to remember not to let it hold an Everstone.
