You kno that place where you go through the holes and you land on this huge ice rink thing and you need to get in the middle spot. How do you get there???

Icefall Cave, you mean? I'm assuming so. There should be several boulders around the ice, so slide over to them. Find out how to get to the next, and where the next will take you, and you should make it to the middle.
If you're just wondering where Icefall Cave is because you forgot, it's east of Mahogany Town, and just north of Blackthorn City.
You move the boulders that are on top and use Strength to get them to the holes.
If you have a Pokemon that uses TM strength, you can push boulders, push some boulders down the holes and then try to escape.
