Union Cave connects Route 32 and Route 33. Once you learn Surf and Strength, you'll be able to check out new locations in the cave. Visit the lowest reaches of Union Cave on Friday to find Lapras.

Note: I was not far enough into the game when I found this. I started a new game to try a cheat and accidently saved it. My sister told me about this and SHE says Lapras is NOT genderless
