This is helpful if you are getting to places early with walk through walls and especially if you are using the randomizer from http://sanqui.rustedlogic.net/randomizer/#pokered to have things from later gens, and randomize things so without further ado here are my 2 codes:

Encounter Wild Pokemon Level 5: 0105F3CF

Encounter Wild Pokemon Level 1: 0101F3CF

WARNING! This only changes the Pokemon's LEVEL and NOT the STRENGTH, (At least when you encounter it), I made this code purely for getting Pokemon early and having them obey you. Also when they level up, their HP bar is glitched up, you can fix that just by simply taking them to a Pokemon center and heal them. Hope this helped! It helped me get a level 5 Zygarde in Pokemon Red! (I'm using the randomizer that also can add in gen 1-6 Pokemon and the new types)
