Shining Pokémon and my team

I know the location of some shining pokémon. They are:

Red Gyarados: Lake of Rage - Lv 30

Yellow Rattata: Route 22 - Lv.2

Lightily Green Tangela: Sea Route 21 - Lv. varies in 30 or 35

Pink Golbat: Silver Cave - Lv. varies in 42, 46, 48, 50 or 51

Lightily Red Donphan: Patch of grass out of the Silver Cave - Lv 40*

Yellow Magikarp: Fishing in the water next to the Safari Zone on Fuschia City - Lv. 40

Ps: These pokémon can be found in Silver and Crystal too. * Only in Silver

I also know a cheat for bunchs of shining pokémon:

To make the cheat you will need:

Original version of Red, Blue, Green or Yellow

At least 1 shining Gyarados from Gold, Silver or Crystal

Tm Mimic in the original version of Red, Blue, Green or Yellow

Acess to a Ditto catching area

Trade the Red Gyardos to RBGY, teach it Mimic, and then go fight with a wild Ditto. Use Mimic to be able to use Transform. Ditto will use Transform. use it again an the game will stop a few seconds. Now capture the Ditto. Look at it's Stats. if defense, special and speed matchs with the Gyarados stats, it's shining!

Now, trade it to GSC and any pokémon breeding with he, has 64% of chances to put a shiny pokémon in the egg!
