Being a manager of any club in Football Manager 2018 is no easy task, and that is exactly why you will need some help from various Assistant Coaches. These other coaches will help get your Players in tip top shape through various training activities they are in charge of. The better these coaches are at teaching said activities, the more your players will benefits both on and off the field.
