Once you get the hang of the basics in the game and you're up to the task of building your very own Deck, probably the first thing you'll notice are the highlighted words on some of the unit cards (as indicated on the image above). This can get quite confusing without the proper Introduction or available info with regards to their differences.

We have sorted them out for you to gain a basic understanding of what they are, what they do, and how they can help you build a winning Deck!

Big Entrance – When this unit enters the field, an additional effect is triggered.

Character – A unit or hero (player).

Conjure – You get to choose one of three random cards of a certain type.

Deflect – Any first damage to this unit wont affect it.

Eulogy – If the unit dies this turn, its additional effect is triggered.

Invest – Upon paying extra Gold, the card will trigger its additional effect.

Last Laugh – When the unit is expelled from the playing field, its additional effect is triggered.

Morality – Depending on your morality level and alignment, the unit transforms an equivalent version of itself.

Silence – Targets a unit which then renders that pertaining unit losing all its special abilities (including the guard position of that card)

Safeguard – When this unit is placed on guard position, its additional effect will be triggered.

Stun – Targets a unit which then renders that pertaining unit to be unavailable for the following turn.

Rush – The unit can attack in the turn it is summoned.
