Surviving in Don't Starve Shipwrecked is not straight forwards as you find yourself having to deal with various life threatening situations. Whether its hurricanes, monsoons, sharks or some other deadly creature you will need to be brave, clever and resourceful as you try and stay alive while searching for islands that become increasingly more inhabitable.

Gameplay itself in Don't Starve Shipwrecked has two noticeable improvements over the Pocket Edition. It has now switched to strictly touch-controlled movement which makes everything more straight-forward and the accuracy of lighting changes between night and day has also been greatly improved.
