Local Concerns in Detective Pikachu Returns are side quests that you can choose to take on during the game. While exploring Serenity Park during The Missing Jewel case you will cross paths with the Quiz Professor. She will have three questions for you to answer, one of these questions tasks you with going to Ryme City and tracking down a Pokemon that catches prey with its looong tongue.

The answer to the question 'What Pokemon catches prey with its looong tongue?' is Lickitung, a Gen 1 Pokemon that paralyzes its prey with a lick from its long tongue, then swallows the prey whole.

Knowing the answer to the Quiz Professor's question will not complete the side quest, you must track a Lickitung down and speak to it. Fortunately, Lickitung is an easy Pokemon to find. You just need to head left from where the Quiz Professor is standing until you come across a set of curved stone steps. At the bottom of the steps next to its human partner is a Lickitung. All you need to do is approach the Pokemon and speak to it. If you now return to the Quiz Professor and tell her the correct answer is Lickitung the side quest will be complete.
