Chapter 20 - Downtown Emporia

You will be greeted by a mass of enemies including armored RPG-toting beasts and a Handyman upon entering this area. Go ahead and clean house as usual. Once clear, get on the sky-line and dismount on the upper level to the left. There is a door here that requires 3 lock picks. Open it to find a Voxophone tucked between two crates on the floor.

Go back down and explore the rest of the area, starting with the Hudson's clothing store beyond one of the gates with a Hairpin Lock (this is just past the water puddle trap). Head to the basement level here and collect the Code Book on a shelf near the sink.

Locate the Wilson Bros. & Company Bottling Works next and break in with 3 lock picks. There is an Infusion phial by the window inside. Use the sky-line, following the objective arrow to a sniper-infested plaza just past Beggar's Alley. Clear the area so you can explore in peace.

The locked green building here houses a Gear while the structure directly across from it has a basement lounge where some Vox Populi members are holed up. Kill everyone (except the civilian of course) then grab the Voxophone from the crate behind the tables and chairs.

Follow the objective arrow to Market District and you'll come to a pedestrian bridge with some vending machines below it. There is an art store around this area (in the direction away from the objective) that requires 3 lock picks to break in. Inside this building is a Gear and Voxophone.

On the bridge leading to the Comstock estate (Victory Square), look at the railings to the side to spot a telescope. You will pass through here on the way to the Memorial Gardens so feel free to check the electronic lock on the gate first. Look at the base of Lady Comstock's statue for a Voxophone.

Head past the bridge with the telescope and you will notice a completely wrecked house belonging to Albert Fink. Jump in via the hole on the side wall and grab the Voxophone on the piano.
