Talk to Phoibe near the stables in Markos’s Vineyard. She’ll ask for your help in checking her friend in the village of Kausos. Head to the village to find the family surrounded by a priest and some soldiers.

Talk to them and eventually, you’ll need to make a decision to leave the family to their doom or let them go and forced to kill the priest and his men.

Saving the family is the ethical decision and a prerequisite for another quest later on so take out the priest and the two others. Once done, follow the main road to meet up with the family. They will offer the last money they have so you also need to decide whether to take the reward or refuse. Phoibe will arrive and hold you in even higher regard. Quest complete.
