Local Concerns in Detective Pikachu Returns are side quests you can choose to take on during the game. While exploring Serenity Park during The Missing Jewel case you will cross paths with the Quiz Professor. She will have three questions for you to answer, one of these questions tasks you with going to Ryme City and tracking down a Pokemon that moves as a group.

The answer to the question 'Best Buds Always Stick Together - What Pokemon Moves as a Group?' is Falinks, a Gen 8 Pokemon fighting Pokemon that consists of six individual Pokemon that live and move together. The brass is the leader and commands the other five troopers.

Knowing the answer to the Quiz Professor's question will not complete the side quest, you must track a Falinks down and speak to it. Falinks is the easiest of the three Pokemon that you are tasked to find in The Missing Jewel. So easy that you can actually see it from the position that the Quiz Professor is standing.

All you need to do from the Quiz Professor's location is head up the small stone steps behind her. When you do so you will find Falinks on the patio between a second set of steps. All you need to do is approach the Pokemon and speak to it. If you now return to the Quiz Professor and tell her the correct answer is Falinks the side quest will be complete.
