E3 Battlefield 1 Game Play Reveal

Todays EA Press event at E3 has given us an in depth look at the Upcoming Battlefield 1 with some Pre Alpha live streamed action of actual gameplay. Featuring some top battlefield players and celebrities, two teams went head to head in 3 matches to demonstrate the intense action of the next Battlefield installment.

Taking a trip all the way back to WWI initially seemed like an odd choice for me. And even the recent trailer left me impressed but uncertain. But the game footage today has convinced me that this will be another great battlefield game. It shows that this will be a new and updated experience despite the historic setting. And yet it is clearly still battlefield with the gameplay and destruction BF players are used to.

The period tanks and planes look amazing as do the environments and weapons. And you have to see the devastation of an airship going down ins flames over an active battle.
