Top 15 Toughest Pokemon Battles of All-Time

#13 - GameFreak (Black 2 / White 2)

This is one battle most players don't really remember back in Pokemon Black 2 & White 2 (the sequels to the historical Black & White). This is probably because of all the other difficult trainers in these games, such as the Ex-Champion, Alder; the Sinnoh region Champion, Cynthia; the Striaton City Gym Trio; Alder's Grandson, Benga, and many, many more. But GameFreak was given one heck of a team, one primarily filled with a number of tanks.

All of his Pokemon were in the high seventies, if you remember, and each have massive Base HP Stats and are holding the Leftovers. Included in his team of the likes of Clefable, Wigglytuff, Azumarill, Alomomola, Lickilicky, and Snorlax. If you didn't have a Fighting Type Pokemon on your team, or were blindsided by their Level alone, GameFreak had a easy win on his hands.

#12 - Sinnoh Champion Cynthia (Black / White)

This goes for Cynthia's Team just in Black and White. However, her Championship Team in all three of the Sinnoh Games, plus the one in Black 2 and White 2 that better resembled those teams, will still give you trouble. We say her team for the only the First Fifth Generation Games because of the additions of Eelektross and Braviary.

Spiritomb, Milotic, Lucario, and Garchomp already make for a good battle, especially since all of their levels are in the mid- to high-seventies, but these additions bring her team over the top. Sure, Togekiss was just as bulky a Eelektross, but this give her team better coverage. The same can also be said with Braviary, who takes over for her Roserade. She has no items on these powerhouses, but she does have four Full Restores. If she wasn't hard enough, are we right?
