10 Disturbing Easter Eggs in Video Games

07. Psychonauts -- Milla's Secret

If you didn't already own an Xbox or PS2 when Psychonauts was released in 2009 the game - which tells the story of Raz and his summer camp experience at a camp for, um, gifted kids - well let it suffice to say that this game was reason enough to invest in one of those consoles.

You can only imagine how nice it was when the game was re-released as an Xbox Original for the Xbox 360 so that Tim Schafer's magnum opus which is also one of the most trippy - and fun - games ever could be experienced on a whole new generation of console and perhaps by an entire new generation of gamers!

The basic theme of the game is that the kids are at the cap to learn how to harness their special psychic powers - and sure enough like good camps everywhere Whispering Rock Psychic Summer Camp is staffed by some very original, very interesting characters - one of which is a woman named Milla Vodello.

A famous Brazilian Psychonaut agent, Milla is known for her Levitation abilities and her laid back attitude. The thing is, despite that fact that she is if not the warmest and fuzziest of the staff and characters, she also happens to have a very disturbingly nasty secret.

You see, before becoming a Psychonaut Milla was a care giver at an orphanage. As you delve into her mind in a secret room you discover a box that, when you open it (and you will) and go inside contains the carefully sealed-off memory of the tragic day when Milla returned from grocery shopping to find the orphanage in flames and, oh yeah, all its kids burning to death!

Did not see that coming...

Milla was left with haunting voices of the kids in her head begging why she didn't save them and no wonder she had that memory repressed!
