Background

Max Brass is the head of the Arm Fighting League, the sole organizing body of the Arms Grand Prix - so it is no wonder why he is referred to as the Commish. He is the only Downloadable Content Character found in all of Arms, being released as a free update so all may enjoy using him in battle. He's also the reigning and defending Champion of the Arms League.
