Like most fighting games, all characters in Arms will have a Super/Special Meter (found in the bottom right corner) that will grow as they do virtually anything in battle, including landing throws, charging Arms, taking punches, blocking throws, making dashes and standing in the Super/Special Meter Item Area. After said meter becomes completely full, a character can unleash their Super/Special Attack - called Rush Attacks by most - by pressing both the Right and Left Trigger Buttons at the same time (ZR + ZL). Rush Attacks do loads of damage, and they usually break throw all other punches thrown by opponents.
