Just as you get introduced playing the game in its tutorial levels, you'll be set to meet a group of penguins (or are they penguins?) to customize your camper van. Initially, they'll give you a free paint job to personalize your van, but as you play through the game, they'll offer services to modernize your van, expand a second floor, and assortments of unique paint designs to render to it as well. One more good thing about getting these services from them, they can loan you the amount and have you pay it in any term you like.

Players must note that you won’t be able to purchase another upgrade to your vehicle until you've managed to pay your existing balance (loan).

To customize your camper, simply speak to Giovanni (the one located at the middle) and he'll basically give you a round up of what's currently available, or notify you if you have and existing loan with them.

Services are as follows:

Paint Job - changes the basic color / design of your camper van depending on your preference. The first paint job will be rewarded to you free of charge, and later on be charged depending on the design you request. All designs have a corresponding price and you'll be given a shopping list of these designs to choose from.

Change camper style (vintage camper to modern camper) - primarily, you'll be given a vintage camper with only one floor to your stuff in. As you opt to upgrade your van to the modern camper, you'll have a 2nd story to put your stuff in.

Below are the costs to upgrade your camper and the floor space it'll render upon purchasing it.

1st Upgrade - Expands 1st floor to 4x6 cells Cost: 10,000 Bells

2nd Upgrade - Adds a 2nd floor with 4x4 cells Cost: 30,000 Bells

3rd Upgrade - Expands 2st floor to 4x6 cells Cost: 50,000 Bells

4th Upgrade - Expands 1st floor to 5x6 cells Cost: 100,000 Bells

5th Upgrade - Expands 1st floor to 5x8 cells Cost: 100,000 Bells

Loan Amortization:

To pay off your existing loan, simply go to the "more option" on your menu bar and then tap on Loan. You have the option to pay in three denominations - 1000 Bells, 5000 bells, or 10,000 bells. There isn't a time limit to how you'd pay the sum of your loan, and it wouldn't generate any interests throughout the time you are paying it. The thing is, you won’t be able to purchase another upgrade to your camper until you pay off your existing loan.
