You can’t do ANYTHING to make a private server. All of these dumb, but tempting videos are click baits!! If the you tubers get too much likes, they get money out of nothing!!

You can just type in Paperio private server on GoogleGuest answered:
Go to paper.io, in the corner click 'Create a party' in the corner, click it, Crtl C, and send it to your friends! When a few friends join, enter your name and start.
