How do you conquer space?

This is achieved on the board by moving into the neutral land and then going back to your colour, when you do this you will close the shape that you created and it will be added to your territory. The most important thing to remember while doing this though is that you must go back to your colour before an opponent cuts your line, if this happens you are dead.

How can I change my colour?

You are assigned a colour each time you start a game and there is no way for you to change it.

How can you get an extra life?

If you have been knocked off the board by an opponent you can gain an extra life by watching a video advertisement. When you return to the board you will have retained the same percentage score and territory shape.

How can you stop a player taking over your land?

If you crash through your opponents transparent line if they are outside their own territory you will knock them off the board.

What is the best area to take control of on the playing field?

Try to expand towards the edges, ideally the corners of the playing field. This tactic will make your territory easier to protect from opponents who will have at least one direction of movement blocked.

What is easiest way to gain territory

An effective tactic to gain land easily without risking too much is to create two long shapes that are close enough together that they allow you to easily jump from one side to the other to join them up (see below).
