How exactly do you use the chop shop?
I tried it once and it worked, but now when I bring a car, they won't let me turn it in.

There is sometimes glitches where you have to close the game and open it again to make it work again

You have to to take a car to the chop shop of you choice then turn it in and get money do an extra job while you wait the 30 minutes.
