A plane with good speed and stability will make completing this condition easier. Fly below 200 meters and get past the anti-air network until you reach the space elevator.

Destroy all AA installations surrounding the space elevator and wait for the cutscene where your allied forces arrive via chopper. Ronin will appear appear in the northeast portion of the map after the cutscene, heading west.
