I don't think you can /: I have Sims 3 for my DS Lite, and I just assumed that it was the same on 3DS so I never bought it to see, but on my DS version you can't have children. You can on the PC/Mac version one though, and altogether that one is much more fun and interesting ^.^

I'm not sure whether you can have babies in sims 3 3ds but if anyone is knows where to find the karma powers and what they co please tell me. If you find a way to have babies please tell me im desperate.
