I'm not sure how to make everyone like you 100% and I've been looking for the same answer. However I have picked up an ok technique to start off, which is as simple as if someone has the trait 'good sense of humour' then tell them a few jokes and the friendship bar will rise quicker than usual. This isn't anything great but it's worked for me so far, but like I said it only works for sims with the 'good sense of humour' trait. Good Luck, hope you find the right answer soon!
