I came across a wedding dress at bay fornt road in Rhea's Costom Clothing...I suggest to check there every sim day and see if it pops up I hope I helped!

Wheres that? How did you unlock that place?

I got it once and like somebody else said the person with the bunny on the back of their T-shirt gives you it as onr of their unlocks. Either that are you can use a custom/ modded one that someone else has made.
