What do to after beating groudon
I beat groudon and beat the jym there but now I don't know what to do?

You have a few things to take care of immediately:
- Go back to littleroot Town and talk to Professor Birch. He'll tell you that the goings-on with Groudon encouraged Pokémon from other regions to appear in Hoenn, so he'll give you the National Pokédex.
- You should have gotten the Eon Flute from Steven. You can use this to soar in the sky with Latios and find Mirage Spots (and travel to places you already visited).
- You still have to to go to Ever Grande City and take on the Pokémon League.

Yes you have to still fight the el four but after this you can get Regice,regirock,and registeel after making a earthquake
