Many Pokemon in Pokemon X and Y have had their Stats updated. Raichu is one of these Pokemon. Raichu's Base Speed Stat has increased 10 Points, from 100 to 110. This is a pretty good base stat increase. An increase in base attack or special attack might have been better, but this is still good.
