After seeing UB Burst's stats, I knew I'd have to build it with a Scarf with it's signature move as a trump card. I was elated to see it got Trick for some additional trickery, adding to the randomness of the Firework Pokemon. Flamethrower helps cover for easier kills rather than the sacrifice Mind Blown requires. Shadow Ball is obvious STAB. Running Modest gives more nuking power while Timid gives better coverage if you Trick away your Scarf.

Modest/Timid/252 SpAtk/252 Spd @Choice Scarf

-Mind Blown

-Flamethrower

-Shadow Ball

-Trick

But if you want a more efficient sweeper, I've got another option for you. This one will receive boosts in SpAtk every time it picks up a KO. With 107 base Spd, Blacephalon is about average, still losing out to the likes of Marshadow, Greninja, and Tapu Koko unfortunately, so you'll need to be more careful with this set.
