Bold Nature

IVs: 0 Atk

- Dragon Pulse

- Hyper Voice

- Roost

- Calm Mind

Gramps is back for revenge with a special ability: Berserk, which raises his Special Attack by one stage after he goes below 1/2 his HP. I thought of this as meh until I realized he got Roost. So you can trigger Berserk again. And again. AND AGAIN! Drampa has decent defenses, Calm Mind supports those and your SpAtk again. I run his two STAB moves because Hyper Voice is good vs Substitutes and Dragon Pulse is, well, a Dragon-type move. Again, this makes you weak to Steel as both your attacks are resisted by Steel-types. To solve this, Drampa has access to Focus Miss... I mean Focus Blast and Flamethrower. Drampa also gets Surf, Thunderbolt, Hurricane, Shadow Ball, Ice Beam, and Energy Ball. So running an Expert Belt or Sitrus Berry set (Sitrus helps Berserk go off twice) with 4 different type attacks would be nice too.
