The following video will show you how to get the Shiny Charm in Pokemon Sun and Moon. This involves completing the Alola Pokedex by capturing every Pokemon that appears in Alola (note: you do not need to complete the National Dex) and then talking to the game director in Heahea City on Akala Island.
