To gain O-Powers you need to check in regularly at the Mauville City Pokemon Center where you will find a stranger at the top right corner near the map. Talk to him to get your first two O-Powers and keep returning to that location at future times to find different people. When you talk to these people you will receive additional O-Powers.

HP Restoring Power Level 1:

Available when your PokeNav Plus gets the PlayNav function.

Capture Power Level 1:

Available when your PokeNav Plus gets the PlayNav function.

Attack Power Level 1:

Available when your PokeNav Plus gets the PlayNav function.

Defense Power Level 1:

Available when your PokeNav Plus gets the PlayNav function.

Earn the Gym Badge in Mauville City then meet Hipster and listen to his first story.

Encounter Power Level 1:

Earn the Gym Badge in Lavaridge Town then meet Hipster again and listen to his second story.

Accuracy Power Level 1:

Earn the Gym Badge in Lavaridge City then meet Hipster again and listen to his third story.

Prize Money Power Level 1:

Earn the Gym Badge in Petalburg City then meet Bard and listen to his incomplete song.

Exp. Point Power Level 1:

Earn the Gym Badge in Fortree City then meet Bard again and listen to his completed song.

Speed Power Level 1:

Meet the stranger named Giddy, and listen to his first story when you first arrive in Mauville City.

Critical Power Level 1:

Stealth Power Level 1:

Earn the Gym Badge in Mossdeep City then trade with the Trader.

Bargain Power Level 1:

Earn the Gym Badge in Sootopolis City then make a second trade with the Trader.

PP Restoring Power Power Level 1:

After reaching Ever Grande City, listen to the story of the Storyteller.

Hatching Power Level 1:

Go to Mauville Hills to the apartment of 5 old men after you are a Champion. Bring the man from the hall across their apartment and introduce them to each other.
