Below is a list of useful Charms and Breeding items and what they do.

Destiny Knot:

Sea Mauville fan in Contest Hall (Master Rank) / Pick-up Ability (sometimes). Give it a high chance that 5 of the parents' IVs will be the same on the offspring.

Everstone:

Geodude (sometimes) / Bolder or Roggenrola (often). Passes the nature down to the offspring.

Oval Charm:

Birch Lab (Hoenn Dex complete). Increases the chance of Pokemon Eggs being found at the Day Care.

Shiny Charm:

Birch Lab (National Dex complete). Increase the chance of finding a Shiny Pokemon in the wild.
