How do you get the Parkeologist Achievement/Trophy

To get the Parkeologist achievement/trophy you must open all the garages in South Park. In total there are 15 garages, all of which are attached to houses. All but 2 can be opened on the first day after you visit Cartman, and 4 of them require keys.

Cartman's Garage Key

You will find the key in the drawer as soon as you enter Cartman's house.

Butter's Garage Key

You will find the key in Butter's house upstairs in a drawer next to the parents bedroom.

Kyle's Garage Key

You will find the key in Kyle's house, upstairs in his parents' bedroom in a drawer on the right.

Jimmy's Garage Key

The key can be found during the quest in Jimmy's house (Giggling Donkey) upstairs between the two doors in a drawer. This is missable as Jimmy's house becomes locked later in the story.
