If anyone could create even a similar game to The Sims 3 it could only be Maxis. I really believe this game to be good but could be better. How close it resembles to the P.C. Version is extraordinary. The only real problem with the game is it's more difficult to play especially for those new to the series. The computer is more efficient and easier. You know where the controls are and easier to remember; while most of the time on the 360 (& PS3, since we had the game on this system first) you have to check to make sure you're hitting the right buttons and you can't just use your mouse to move around the screen like a race car; the controllers are much slower than a mouse unfortunately. However, it is still fun to play and to get into but can get rather boring after awhile since this version contains only so much of what the P.C. Version has to offer. So if your new to the series take my advice and get the P.C. Version since it's easier and functions better than the 360 (or PS3 for that matter)game. Also to add to the difference, each system such as the PS3 and 360 have items that are not on every system and play differently, so if you have a PS3 and played the Sims 3 on your friends 360 then go buy it for your version it won't be the exactly the same. It plays different (My bro's girlfriend found that out). Nonetheless, the Sims 3 game itself could be improved. I understand that the creators were putting in things they thought were cool and probably only had a certain amount of time to get this done but still could be improved if they get the chance otherwise make similar expansion packs to the Sims 2. Like where Sims can go to college and have pets for example. What I like about the Sims 3 is that you can do more conversation wise and design styles and others such as watch T.V and hold your baby or toddler at the same time. Generally speaking, able to do multiple tasks at once that you couldn't in previous games. The graphics are also awesome. So in the end I guess it really depends on what you like on each version, the amount of cash you have and how experienced on not only the Sims series itself (Which I played since the very beginning), but other games as well since not everyone is a big video gamer or much of a gamer at that.
