Question for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim
How do I join the Dark Brotherhood? I am new to Skyrim, I have spent most of my time on Oblivion, I have heard that Joining the Dark Brotherhood on Skyrim is harder than Oblivion.

To join the Dark Brotherhood go to Windihelm. Speak to a guard and they should mention a boy name Aventus Arentino, which will activate a quest. Follow the quest, then when you are done,fast travel to a different town and go to sleep, it should trigger a loading screen. Then do what the mysterious person asks, and you will be part of the dark brotherhood once you go to the sanctuary.
