How can I beat Morokei? I am level 13.

The best way to beat Morokei is to get as high as possible (Morokei usually likes to stay lower) and pick him off with a bow and spells from there.

Well you can hope he gets glitched somewhere so you can stay at a distance and just hammer him with spells and arrows. Not sure where Morokei is so you might want to bring a companion along to help, if he is the one in Labyrinthia then conjuration magic would be a good alternative. Since he uses magic have equipment that boosts magic resistance. Have alot of potions on you as well.

I beat him by standing near the doorway and using a bow from afar, and staying hidden by closing the door and standing back a bit from the doorframe, it took me about ten minutes.

I've found when fighting dragon priests, backing them into a tight corner with melee weapons disables a lot of their spells. Easy as eating pie
