Question for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim

Skyrim followers. I have a problem where the game wont allow me to take on a new follower. When I ask some one to come with me They always say "Looks like you have someone already" and the wont come with me. How can I fix this?????

Then you already have a follower, you need to seek out you follower and release him/her. Doing this will open up the path to get a new follower

They are saying that because you already have someone fallowing you. So you tell that person that they can leave you (should be last option to say to them)then you can get somebody else to fallow or the have to die.

Talk to your follower and say it's time for us to go our separate ways[paraphrasing a bit]

Ok you have to do the companions quest with farkas! He is following you at dead mans respite I think*Not sure* But it's a companions quest. Complete it and he will not follow you anymore. I had the same problem until I got my act together and finished the quest and now calder my housecarl follows me. Good Luck Man The Quest Gets Annoying*Farkas always pulls you into chat in the middle of a battle unless you get far away from him. =) Enjoy. -TheOneAndOnlyVex
