Talk to him and it advances the quest. U don't need to search for anything

Hey I entered the warehouse and he was gone so I searched the warehouse and went down into the brinewater gotto place and killed the bandits and the frosbite spiders and made it to the horker cages but he was still no where to be found I think I may have a glitch but idk can someone help please!
