Question for The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion

Ok I'm on the panting level where you have to investigate it and look fof the painting of the man I need help I found the painting of the chappel in the west wing I think

Are you talking about the Mission that the Lady of Chorrol gives you. Where she asks you help in finding the lost picture of her husband. If you are then you have to keep questioning the suspects. When you finish that you may have to try to search their rooms, at least that's how I remember it. You can also try to activate the picture, the painting of the man was covered up with the painting of the castle or chapel. I hoped that this helped, later.

When I first played this quest I had a hard time to because the final step is impossible to find unless you look it up online but in the dining area of the castle look on the rug in there and somewhere it will say "paint stained rug" just activate that and that should be the final part you need
