Question for The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion

Alright I have a couple questions and I would be soo happy if I could get the answers for them. 1. Where can you find the rock that can change your birthsign into the Tower?
2. Where can you get a dwarven claymore/longsword?
3. (This my sound dumb ha ha) Is the Assassin's Guild the same as the Dark Brotherhood?
4. Where can you find ectoplasms?

Please help me! As you can see I haven't been playing Oblivion for very long ha ha ha.

You probley know by now the thieves guild IS NOT the dark brotherhood. Murder someone anyone then go to sleep a man will find you and give you the dark brotherhood quest line good luck

Girs warrior answered:

Dwarven claymore just get to a cetain level and go to a bandit hideout and chances are that one of the,m will have one.
The assasins guild IS the dark brotherhood.
Ectoplasms are on any ghsts do the benirus manor quest and you will get some.
Don't know about the tower rock thing sorry.

norbie007 answered:

1. I know of no stone that changes your birthsign to the Tower.

2. You must be a certain level and you can buy them in shops.

3. Yes it is.

4. Off of ghosts. Pretty much the only place to find ghosts is in dungeons. You must kill them then search their bodies and it will be in their inventory.

MoneyInTheBank answered:

There is in fact a runestone that changes your birthsign into the Tower. As to it's exact location, I am a little sketchy. I believe it is somewhere south of the Imperial City, but I could be wrong.

Leprekorn answered:

1. The rock is an obelisk shape (asterix style), with glowing writing on it and a circle of small rocks around it. They are spread out around the map, and have various effects. Red writing imbues a daedric summon (gauntlets, sword etc) Blue writing imbues a change on the character

2. Dwarven equipment becomes available in stores around lvl 6, as well as on bandits. Mazoga the Orc changes her armour to match your level, as do bandits. Mazogas armour, however, is always a full set (minus gauntlets and helmet). If you do the quest "Unfriendly Competition", there is a guy at the end accompanying Agarmir who is wearing an absolutely full set of armour (helmet and everything). Do it at lvl 6 and he will be wearing Dwarven

3. The Dark Brotherhood is an assassins guild, although it's highly illegal, and much more sinister than the Morag Tong from Morrowind

4. Ectoplasm is found on ghosts
