I believe this can be done by talking to a priest. If that doesn't work I have heard about a sidequest for curing vampirism involving Count Hassildor from Skingrad. If you didn't know already he is also a vampire. Go talk to him I believe and the rest should be provided for you via quest objectives.

P.S. If all else fails just load a save before vampirism.

There are two ways to cure vamparism. One is before the three days after being bitten are up, you can go to a chapel and get cured there, or you a cure disease potion or spell. If you do not get it cured before the three days are up, you have to go to the Arcane University and talk to a woman there who will send you on a quest for the cure of vampirism. Good luck on the quest as it is long and I hated doing it.
