Question for The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion
I just got this great shock spell called fingers of the mountain and I want to use it but I am a warrior with only 150 magicka and I am wondering if there was a way to drasticaly inhance my magicka.

You need to raise your intelligence
You can do this by practicing with lots of magic and then selecting intelligence when you level up
Or you can enchant your armour/clothing with enhance intelligence spells
