Where can I find bloodgrass and a sleeping argonian I haven't completed the main quest but can't find bloodgrass anywhere

You could find blood grass in the gates of oblivion. As for the sleeping argonian, I don't know about that.

Bloodgrass is in any oblivion gate,and you don't actually have to find a sleeping argonian,just find any,like the one in black marsh,by leyawyn,if you havnt killed him yet

If you are a high enough level you can also buy bloodgrass from any store that sells alchemic ingredients.

Oh oh I know where the sleeping Argoinian is! It's in a cave that you go to for a mission for Jauffre (it's after you find out the hidden message from Mankar Cameron's Mysterium Xarxes Commentaries 1-4 [which just for anyone who doesn't know it it's the first letter of each paragraph in all of them put together] and Tar-Meena will tell you that you go to that cave) and inside after Cameron escapes to paradise with the Amulet of Kings kill all his servants and there will be a prisoner sleeping (actually I just remembered it varies in race so this might not be helpful. On my cousins game it was a sleeping Argonian and on mine it was a Scamp) but I hope I helped you!

the witch askes you to get a shot of bloodgrass or bloodgrass you can find the blood grass and buy it so if you have closed all of them you can still find bloodgrass at some closed oblivion gates, but only some not all.
you also have to be a vampire to do this quest and you dont have to go to the mages guild you can also ask vincient valtalieri in the dark brotherhood.
i also found out if you sleep out in the open at night you might be biten by a vampire it depends on the time and place though.
