Question for The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion

I drank the Skooma in Oblivion and for some reason I forgot to look at it's effects. It damages your intelligence. I went on a addiction and I looked at my intelligence and it's a 0. If anyone could help me cure this, please tell me. I can't pray at a chapel because I think I'm glitched or I still have my vampire effects like fortify and all that ( my bounty is at 0 ). I would really appreciate it for the help. Thank you.

Just go to a alchemy shop that sells potions and buy a potion which restores intelligence not fortifies it. You can't pray at the chapel because your mans probably to evil look at your stats on fame infamy if your infamy is more than 0 you can't pray you get fame and infamy up by doing good and bad quests.

Alright you worthless druggo, time to turn your life back around. Buy a "Restore Intelligence" potion. To pray at a chapel, your Fame must be higher than your Infamy. And remember:

Skooma is for selling, not eating

Now hack some limbs off for me...

Find a good rehab man, I myself was once a skooma addict, it ate into every aspect of my life. I almost completely stopped leveling. It seemed all I wanted to do was drink skooma, so I got help and you should too.
