Am stuck on a quest in the thivius guild where the gray fox tells you to find a arrow it's in a castle where there's a hidden place.There a door that says needs a key but where is the key and how to get it.When I look at the door I could see that there's people inside because there purple.And in that place there is water when I swim I always get out of the place.I want to know where the key is for this place to retrive a arrow and I have to kill somebody too.

There isn't a key as far as I know.There is a secret passage in a pool of water.Open your small map and look for a pool of water and there should be an underwater passage.

Once you find thewater start swimming and look on the map, you should see a small opening.
When you see this dive down and find it.
Keep looking on the map to make sure you are in the right place.
Then you go through thetunnel and look aroud some more.
Here you will find a deadra/vampire (can't remember which one) with a staff that does spells and a frost atronarch.
Keep going and you will a room with two more vampire conjurers.
Sneak past them and you will find a door that goes outside.
Ther you will be inside a brpken tower.
Go up 2or 3 flights (not sure which one) of stairs and go across the tower to the other side.
In a little room you will find the wizard inquestion and, after you kill him,thearrow will be inside one of the chests.

P.s. The arrow is the key, you don't need a key to get the arrow.
