Theres a recomendation quest as that one guy said but you can't dupe the black soul gems,u hav to give them to that one lizard lady or else you don't get a recomendation,other than that theres a cave where you can get it,but i forgot its name,u do it as a quest though so good luck

One of the caves is Dark Fissure south of Cheydinhal.Wait day after day until you see a beam of light coming from the sky then put a soul gem in the altar then cast soul trap on the altar and you have a black soul gem.
