Question for The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion

Is this the fastest way to level up faster attack a guard go to jail serve your time your skills drop attack guards block and kill some guards and yield at them and go to jail and repeat.Is this the way to level up faster because my friend is in level 80 he said he was doing this.Is there some other way or this is the fastest way.

This isn't the fastest way to level up. The maximum level you can reach in this game is 50, I believe. When you do the technique mentioned in your question, your character can level past level 50. However, I don't think Bethesda done this intentionally.

Lvl 80, from what I know, is impossible to reach. But this is a good way to level up. (until you run out of guards) But in my opinion the game is less fun when you level up too fast.
