I have collected all the stuff for a vampire cure but she keeps saying 'once I have all the ingredients I will make you a potion' what do I do, what have I done wrong.

Did you close the Great gate before giving her the stuff.On my on the first time I completed the main quest line and I gave her the items but it didn't work when I completed the main quest line.So if you this this you always be a vampire and did she ask about the bloodgrass.To get the cure dont't close the great gate if you do the cure won't work.I just loaded a save game before I did this.When you close the great gate once you give her the ingredients she will keep saying that.Did you give the bloodgrass too.I saying the thing you did you always be a vampire.

I answered this question for the guy that answered yours so I just copied and pasted it.If you've already deleted you're game, I'm sorry, because I did the same thing, but let me tell you, your game is not lost! If you can get access to high speed internet, get on XBOX LIVE and download THE VILE LAIR, it a small expansion pack built just for the walking dead like you. After you finish the quest that comes with the expansion you can get your vampirism cured free of charge, except you will need purgeblood salts, all you have to do to get those is go to the corner of the room with the cure stone and there they are. And another thing after you get this download be sure you play the game while your 360 is still connected to XBOX LIVE so it can download the patch needed to play it, I hope I helped your problem, also the download costs like 250 Microsoft Points, which is only like $4.00, but be sure to buy the points at a store or have a credit card handy.
