Question for The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion

Are all the weapons and Armor in cities fake.I went to the mages guild and fighers guild. When I get weapons from their the weapon is called a replica when I use it at someone it always break.Is the armor real or fake.I have a armor that is glass green I got it at a city that looks ugly.Is the armor I got is it real or not.

What do you mean it broke? You just used it too much. You have to repair it once in a while.

Yes, you don't want anything which is marked "Ceremonial" or "Replica". They are fake versions of weapons/armor, which are meant only for display uses.

Basically, real armour is anything which you get from:

Shops
Bandits/Marauders
Quest Rewards

Yea ceremonial armor and replicas are just fonys,just for deceration,as long as it doesnt say "ceremonial" or "replica" than your fine

Not all weapons and armour in cities are fake. When it says "replica" it means that the object is for display purposes.
